Royal Norfolk Harvest Fall is My Favorite Color Mini Loaf Pan Stoneware 5 Lot of 3 Same graphics on both sides. Glass-like surface creates a dense, non-porous barrier that resists staining, scratching, and odor absorption. Lead free. You should grease and flour when using. When baking quick breads or yeast doughs, only fill the pan 1/2 to 2/3 full (about 1 to 1.3 cups of batter) to prevent overflow as it rises. Recipe Conversion: A standard 9 x 5 inch loaf pan holds about 8 cups of batter. If you are scaling down a large recipe, it will fill roughly 3 to 4 of these mini pans.
