Beautiful hand made gathering basket from the intricate rattan and nito vine accents featuring Japanese-influenced geometric accents popularized during artisan exchanges during the 1970s and 1980s. This 12 x 12 x 12 basket has a rounded square shape, has four corner feet on the open weave bottom that allows small things like dirt and pebbles from harvesting fall though, and a jointed double wrapped handle featuring more of the geometric designs.
