Beautiful vintage crescent brooch featuring a dramatic arrangement of sparkling Aurora Borealis rhinestones. Graduated round crystals create a dimensional sweeping design, with smaller rhinestones lining the edges for extra sparkle. Constructed in substantial silver-tone pot metal with open-back stone settings and traditional pin closure. The AB stones reflect shifting shades of blue, violet, gold and pink depending on the light. Unsigned. A wonderful statement piece for a vintage jewelry collection, jacket, scarf or dress. Condition: Good vintage condition with age-related wear, oxidation/patina and areas of verdigris/discoloration to the metal, particularly on the reverse. Rhinestones show some age-related variation.
