Mr. Mashi - Vintage Winchester Lever Action - Fully Functional

Rare CMC Winchester M1892. Purchased about 40 years ago for a steel photo shoot and kept in storage ever since. The engraving reads KINGS-IMPROVEMENT-PATENTED MAR29 1863, suggesting it's related to some well-improved patent. Since 1863 was around the time of the Battle of Gettysburg during the Civil War, it's believed to be a faithful replica of a Winchester from that era with that engraving. The lever action is fully functional, and the bullets eject with vigor. The barrel is clean, though there is some rust on the lower barrel, but the overall condition is very good. The engraving on the magazine is also lovely. As an early model, all parts are made of iron, and its substantial weight is also appealing.
