These are high-brightness blue flashing fishing lights, Type A (straight).
Blue light (450-490nm) has the highest underwater transmittance and is less attenuated by seawater, making it known as a wavelength that can maintain a strong presence even in clear tides, at night, or in mid-depths. It is easily visible even in environments where red and yellow light are easily absorbed, and is particularly effective at attracting migratory fish such as horse mackerel, mackerel, barracuda, hairtail, and squid.

Equipped with high-efficiency LEDs, this product combines the directivity of blue light with flashing stimulation to strongly induce phototaxis in fish. The regular flashing pattern provides stronger visual stimulation than constant illumination, and numerous actual fishing data show that it has a high effect of keeping fish lingering around the tackle. It is particularly effective for night fishing for hairtail, Japanese flying squid, and small blue-runners.

Weighing approximately 2.5g, these lights are extremely lightweight and can be incorporated into many fishing rigs, such as sabiki, drop-shot, boat fishing, electric float rigs, and ajing floats. Their lightness makes them less susceptible to tidal currents, allowing for a natural and unobtrusive lure.

The precision resin body and O-ring sealed structure ensure high waterproofness and pressure resistance. They maintain stable flashing even in deep waters or rough sea conditions. When a CR425 battery (sold separately) is inserted, they light up automatically, allowing for quick re-casting without the need for switch operation.

In bottom fishing, long-distance hairtail fishing, and Japanese flying squid fishing, the directivity of the blue flashing has kept schools of fish lingering for extended periods, leading to many successful catches. Blue light is also advantageous because its beam easily penetrates murky water and its visibility is less affected in rough conditions.
