Department 56 Seasons Bay First Edition – Chapel on the Hill #53302.  Retired First Edition lighted village building from the Department 56 Seasons Bay collection, originally released in 1998.  Acquired from an estate sale and remains sealed/wrapped as found. Package has not been opened by us and the building has not been removed or tested in order to preserve its sealed condition.  Includes the original Department 56 box and contents inside. Box shows the original suggested retail price of $72. Outer plastic wrapping and box may show age, wrinkles, scuffs, marks or other storage wear from long-term storage.
