Description
Vintage USA Map State Flowers & Birds Novelty Fabric Wall Hanging Amazing vintage textile featuring a colorful illustrated map of the United States with each state represented by its state flower and bird, plus capitals and a full reference key along the side. Bright red, blue, green, yellow and turquoise color palette with Alaska and Hawaii inset maps. Small ties throughout suggest it may have originally been designed as an educational wall hanging or decorative textile. Such a fun piece for a gallery wall, kids’ room, cabin, classroom, eclectic home decor, or repurposing into a statement textile piece. Appears to be cotton or cotton-blend fabric. Vintage condition with wrinkles and minor age-related wear; see photos. #VintageTextile #USAmap #FolkArt #Americana #VintageDecor
