Stunning Art Deco Revival Imperial Topaz Necklace Sterling Silver Marcasite

This amazing imperial topaz necklace showcases two brilliant stones surrounded by marcasite and set in sterling silver. The stones shift from light to dark orange depending on the lighting, as well as boasting the subtle deep red flashes that are a feature of this type of topaz. The necklace is likely from the early 1970s Art Deco revival era. We know it is not likely to be true Art Deco given the 925 stamp, but the dark patina lets us know this is still a vintage piece. The metal has some slight damage on the back (bent inward), but it does not affect the look at all. This pendant is strung on a sterling silver chain that is the closest color match I had on hand.  The chain is approx. 15.5 inches long.
