Vintage (80s or 90s?) Bice brand wrap skirt. Great condition, no rips, stains or tears. Elastic waist with front wrap that buttons to side. Does not unwrap entirely, front piece is like a flap. Cool pattern. Side 12, but it’s vintage, and I think it fits more like a 10.
