Vintage 1985 Dimensions Snowy Owl Crewel Embroidery Needlework Woodland Art

Beautiful vintage Dimensions crewel embroidery featuring a snowy owl perched among tall evergreens in a serene winter woodland. Copyright dated 1985, design #1282-2, and marked Made in U.S.A.  The detailed hand stitching is gorgeous, with layered neutral tones creating the owl’s feathers, striking golden eyes, dimensional looped evergreen foliage, and richly textured tree trunks. The soft blue-gray printed background gives the finished piece a wonderful quiet, wintry feel.  Embroidery appears substantially/fully completed and remains on the original uncut printed fabric, including the Dimensions copyright markings and framing guides.
