Beautiful vintage hand-stitched needlepoint fruit still life, featuring a colorful arrangement of watermelon, grapes, pears, melon and foliage against a striking deep red background. The needlework is professionally presented under glass with a wide cream mat and classic gold-tone frame. The bold colors and traditional still-life subject make this a wonderful statement piece for a kitchen, dining room, breakfast room, gallery wall or vintage-inspired interior. Approximate framed size: 21 W × 17.5 H Condition: Good vintage condition overall. The needlepoint itself displays beautifully. There is some wear/damage to one corner of the gold frame, as shown in the photos. It is not readily noticeable when the artwork is hanging.
