Description
Beautiful vintage Imperial Glass covered sugar bowl in the Lustre Rose, also called Open Rose or American Beauty Rose, pattern. Features deeply embossed roses and foliage, two curved handles, a scalloped rim, matching floral lid, and an ornate ribbed finial. The pressed glass has a rich marigold-amber color with dramatic blue, purple, gold, and green iridescence that changes under different lighting. The interior bears Imperial’s raised IG maker’s mark. Measures approximately 6¼ inches tall with the lid and approximately 6½ inches across. Condition: Preowned vintage condition. I do not see an obvious crack or major chip in the supplied photos, but inspect the scalloped rim, lid edge, handles, and finial carefully before listing.
