Description
The highlight of this MIDI keyboard is its built-in 6-operator FM sound source, compliant with the DX7.
While it has fewer parts and polyphony than the original DX7, it offers 12-voice polyphony, similar to the FirstDX7. The sound also gave me the impression of a gritty tone like the First.
You can swap sounds in units of 32 presets using the freeware DX-compatible plugin dexed, and the unit can handle a total of 128 sounds across 4 banks. It is expected to be easier to use if you organize your libraries with dexed and transfer them to this unit.
It comes with built-in spatial effects such as simple reverb and delay, allowing for plenty of enjoyment with just the unit itself. You can handle FM sound sources at an affordable price, but unfortunately, I have to sell it due to lack of desk space.
