Description
Vintage William Adams Silverplate Pierced Pie Cake Server Italy Original Box A lovely vintage William Adams Italian pie/cake server with a pierced and engraved blade, elegant looped handle, and its original presentation box. William Adams was used on silverplate tableware associated with Towle, and comparable Italian pieces carry the same crowned WA-style mark. This example has definite honest vintage wear, including numerous surface scratches across the blade, but I do not see an obvious bend or structural break. The original box is included and shows age, discoloration and storage wear. Measurements: • Length: 7 • Width: 2.5 • Shipping weight: 10 oz A pretty old-school serving piece for a vintage table setting, wedding display, replacement collection or holiday dessert service.
