◆Product Description
This is a replacement part for the hinge bolt hole of the TWINBIRD SA-4625 Trouser Press.
Note: This is only the reinforcement part, the trouser press unit is not included.
The green parts and bolts shown in the first photo are the items included, and this set comes with two of each.

I have purchased this trouser press twice, and both times the screw threads (resin part) that secure the hinge broke.
(See photos 7 and 8 for the condition of the damage.)

I created a replacement part using a 3D printer (PLA) and confirmed that it can be used again. I am listing it here in the hope that it will be useful to others who are experiencing similar problems.

Unlike the genuine hinge parts from the manufacturer,
this product is designed to repair and reinforce the damaged screw holes and fix them through with a long bolt.

Since it is not a method of screwing into the broken screw threads,
it can be used for repair and re-fixing in cases where similar damage has occurred.
