This is a Maru Obi (a type of obi) with cranes, chrysanthemums, and pine trees woven on the front, and lions, chrysanthemums, and pine trees woven on the back.
There is a thread fray of about 47cm near the center.
How about using it as fabric for remakes?
This obi was woven from the Meiji to early Showa periods.
No obi lining.
