None Porcelain 9in plate look/quality of R.S. Prussia Or other fine German Ware

This is a beautiful antique-style porcelain plate featuring: Deep cobalt blue scalloped edge with raised embossed scrollwork Hand-applied gold accents along the rim Delicate multicolor floral motif at the center (transfer with hand-painted details) Measures approx. 9 in. Unmarked on the back (common for some German and European porcelain of the late 1800searly 1900s) Condition: no noticeable wear, crazing, chips, cracks, or gold loss This plate has the look and quality of R.S. Prussia and other fine German porcelain, however it is unmarked and I am not a porcelain collector or expert.
