Zappa Pottery Medium Bowl Handmade Stoneware 8 1/2" x 2 1/2 " Brown/Tan Signed

This beautiful bowl is in excellent condition, no marks, chips or any signs of use.  It looks brand new  Wonderful Zappa pottery bowl handmade in Boulder, Colorado. This bowl has the earthy, organic character associated with handmade studio pottery, with warm tan and ochre tones, speckled glazing, and horizontal brown and gray bands.  Because these pieces were individually handmade, there are natural variations in the glaze, coloration, shape, and surface from bowl to bowl so the one you receive will be similar to the picture. These differences give the set its distinctive artisan character and make each piece unique.  The neutral earth-tone palette and rustic stoneware finish make this bowl especially appealing for collectors of vintage American studio pottery, Colorado pottery, handmade stoneware, and Zappa pottery.
