J.H. Leather Co. Handmade Veg-Tan Tote, Made in Wales (11x12x4.5")

Vegetable-tanned leather, hand-stitched in Wales by a Master Saddler.  This tote comes from J.H. Leather Co., a small Welsh atelier run by Jo, a traditionally trained cordwainer and member of the Society of Master Saddlers since 2013. The leather is full-grain vegetable-tanned, with a burnished golden tan that deepens where the hide shows natural grain variation. The surface has a subtle sheen, soft to the touch but structured enough to stand on its own.  The construction is saddlery-level: hand-cut panels, hand-stitched seams, and double-riveted straps that attach through thick leather tabs. The interior is unlined, revealing the suede flesh side of the leather. One slip pocket inside (leather, stitched) keeps keys or a phone accessible. Open-top design; no closure hardware.
