Frankie Cameron "Braid Bag" Brown Leather Tote, Signature Whipstitch Detail

Soft, slouchy, built to last. This is the signature Braid Bag from Frankie Cameron, a now-defunct brand that specialized in heirloom-quality leather goods made for real life.  The leather is full-grain with a lived-in, almost buttery texture. It took conditioning beautifully (I treated it with Saphir Macadamia Lotion and it responded like magic). A central whipstitch braid runs down the front, flanked by matching leather drawstring ties, giving the bag subtle texture without fuss. The hardware is antique brass.  The genius feature: the lining is a zippered polyester knit insert that lifts out completely for machine washing. Genius design for a bag this size.
