This grilling net for a square shichirin is made by welding 6mm iron round bars.
Made of iron with high thermal conductivity, it grills food deliciously.
Grilling surface: Approx. 230mm x Approx. 380mm
Weight: Approx. 1.7kg
After use, please wash with a stainless steel scrubber or a scrub brush.
Rust can occur if moisture remains, so please dry thoroughly.
It is a bit expensive, but very sturdy.
With proper care, it can be used semi-permanently, making it economical.
