Description
Toyota Model RS 423
Regarding the operational check: When the power is turned on and the foot controller is pressed, it powers up and operates, but the movement is heavy, as if it's stuck due to drying or internally.
It does not rotate on its own. If you lightly turn it by hand, it will start moving, but there is a sticking point, and it does not operate smoothly.
Assuming the worst-case scenario, the product condition is listed as Poor condition (junk item).
This item is intended for those who can repair or maintain it, or for parts harvesting. Please consider this understanding.
