It is new and has only been tried on.
It was light, stretchy, and comfortable to wear.

The 8 panels sewn in a spiral create a beautifully flaring skirt that sways elegantly with movement.
It has more room around the hips than a mermaid skirt, balancing ease of movement with a beautiful silhouette.
