⚪️ Opened a crepe shop on the 1st floor of Kobe Marui 2 years ago.
We used this grate to cool down freshly baked crepes for cream-filled and ice cream crepes.
Used for approximately 1 year.
Only used for crepes, nothing else.
This is a very sturdy commercial grate and can also be used for barbecues.
We had a specialist in Osaka's Douguya-suji (Kitchenware Street) custom-add 5cm legs.
Grates with legs are not sold anywhere else.
By allowing air to circulate underneath, the dough remains crispy even after cooling.
Honestly, I wasn't planning to sell this as it's a trade secret... lol
If you place freshly baked crepe dough directly on a under-counter refrigerator or cutting board, it will become sticky and soggy due to moisture, and won't taste good.
