Vintage Hand Pieced Cathedral Window Quilt 60x76 Hand Stitched Cotton Quilt

Exceptional vintage Cathedral Window quilt featuring vibrant cotton prints framed by soft ivory muslin. Each window was individually folded, hand pieced, and hand stitched, creating the dimensional geometric design for which this traditional pattern is prized. The remarkably fine, tiny, consistent stitching reflects highly skilled workmanship. Structurally sound with no loose seams, holes, or repairs observed. Colors remain bright and vibrant. Some blue dye migration is visible on portions of the reverse; the front displays beautifully and is not significantly affected.  An exceptionally well-executed example of one of traditional quilting’s most intricate and labor-intensive patterns.
