Converts SATA interface HDDs to a 40-pin IDE interface.
Allows you to use Serial ATA interface HDDs as IDE interface drives.
■ New model features a smaller size and multi-layer PCB design, making it less prone to interference from exposed parts compared to previous models.
■ Equipped with JMicron's Serial ATA bridge chip JM20330.
■ Master/slave settings can be easily changed by inserting or removing jumper pins.
■ An insulating sponge sheet is attached to the surface of the drive-side PCB to prevent contact troubles during power-on.
■ Supports Ultra ATA 133/100/66/33.
■ Size: 90x16.5x20mm.
■ Compatible drives: SATA 2.5/3.5 HDD, CD/DVD/±RW/RAM, Blu-ray.
This is the latest slim type.
There is no specific instruction manual, but you can use it by simply connecting the IDE cable, the conversion board, and the SATA hard disk in that order, as shown in the image.
