Maruzen Gas Blowback Walther New PPK/S Black Model

Description
This is a Maruzen Gas Blowback Walther New PPK/S Black Model.
I purchased it in January of this year as an unused pre-owned item.
It functions smoothly in dry firing, but during live firing, the blowback is insufficient, and the hammer sometimes fails to cock.
When I sent it to the manufacturer for inspection, they confirmed there were no issues due to temperature.
I believe it will function smoothly in the summer, but I am impatient and cannot wait, so I am listing it for sale.
There is no gas leakage.
It is in beautiful condition as it has been used almost exclusively for dry firing. I have also regularly applied silicone spray.
It is certified to be under 0.98 joules and complies with domestic law.
