We offer various thicknesses.
As there are many questions about thickness,
please refer to the following:

3.2mm: For those who prioritize lightweight and do not require durability or high cooking quality.
4.5mm: For those who prioritize durability and mainly cook yakiniku (Japanese grilled meat).
6.0mm: For those who cook seafood, offal, or thick cuts of meat.
9.0mm: For a substantial feel and those who primarily cook extra-thick steaks.

We have used various thicknesses,
but we recommend 4.5mm or thicker for better cooking quality.

Our griddle plates are not mass-produced; each one is made individually.
Therefore, the color and pattern will vary for each plate.
There may be cutting marks and bending marks.
