This is an ADVANTEST DC VOLTAGE CURRENT SOURCE R6142 modified to R6144.

◯ The band has been changed to a 6144 style to match the 6144 modification.
◯ The power switch has been changed to an illuminated type.
◯ All buttons have been retro-brightened.
◯ Similar to the 6144, the LED lights up in the 32V range.
◯ Major capacitors have been replaced after measuring ESR and capacitance.

Please check the images for the output status of each current and voltage after 30 minutes of aging. The accuracy is considered good.
(The measuring instrument, DMM6500, was calibrated by Yokogawa in November 2025.)

Please understand that there are minor scratches on the exterior due to age before purchasing.

The included accessory is the voltage cable.
Other testing equipment is not included.
