《Seasoning》
First, wash with detergent and water once.
After wiping off moisture, heat the plate, apply oil, and stir-fry vegetable scraps. If you are concerned about the metallic smell or dirt, heat the back side as well.

《Storage after use》
We do not recommend using detergent when washing, as it will remove the oil film. Use a spatula to remove any stuck-on food. Then, heat the iron plate and remove any burnt residue with a spatula. Once clean, heat the iron plate again. Once it has heated sufficiently, apply olive oil and let it cool. After confirming the plate has cooled, we recommend wrapping it in newspaper for storage.
