The length is 85cm, which is quite long. On my 157cm height, it comes to about ankle length.
I received this from an acquaintance. The brand is listed as PARSLEY.
The size on the tag is no longer visible, but it is likely an M size. (Actual measurement is 63cm).
Since it's worn at the natural waist, it's best to consider it a S to M.
It was a little tight when I wore it, so I moved the button position slightly.
There are 4 belt loops on the waist.
