This is a handmade item.
A top with three-colored polka dots standing out against a white background. It has ruffles on the sleeves.

I don't practice flamenco myself, so I'm not familiar with the details, but my aunt made this.
It fit me perfectly, and I usually wear a size 9 or M in regular clothing.
