This is a reinforcing leg for Ishidai (Striped Beakfish) and Light Kue (a type of grouper) fishing piton rods.
Material: All stainless steel SUS304 (including screws and nuts).
Pipe outer diameter: Φ19mm, inner diameter: Φ15.5mm. Leg length: 150mm (15cm) as a single unit, adjustable length (full thread). M8 screws are used for the leg threads for strength.
The bent plate material is 3mm thick for strength.
The seam inside the pipe has been removed, allowing for the use of piton rods with diameters from Φ13mm to Φ15mm.
This is a prototype that has been field-tested and successfully landed Striped Beakfish from 50cm to 57cm without any deformation, proving its considerable strength.
It is suitable not only for Striped Beakfish but also for Ara (a type of grouper) and Taman (a type of snapper)!
This version is for mass production and uses polished pipes.
There may be minor scratches due to the manufacturing process.
