This is a SINGER computer sewing machine, model 1050DX (product name: Rill deluxe).

The start button sometimes blinks red and green and the machine does not operate.
Please purchase with the understanding that repairs may be necessary.

This is being sold as-is, so we have priced it low to account for repair costs.

Upon investigation, the cause appears to be a malfunction of the sensor (switch) linked to the presser foot lever. Similar repairs for this issue have cost approximately 5,000 to 7,000 yen.

The sewing machine body has almost no discoloration and only minor scratches, but the cover case has yellowed with age.

The exterior is the same as the current latest model, the 1080DX, with no model changes. The main difference is the addition of an embroidery unit; otherwise, they have almost the same performance.
The 1080DX is a current model,
and used ones are rarely available and still expensive.

If you do not plan to use the embroidery unit, the 1050DX is a sufficiently capable model.
While later models of the 1080DX are no longer made in Japan, this 1050DX is purely made in Japan.

Top-of-the-line latest standard with only changes to the bobbin winder design, needle plate design, and model number.
