Fishing on rocky shores always carries the risk of losing your gear to waves and wind.
First, drive in the Chara-nbo (a type of anchor/stake), hook one end of the rope to the ring on the Chara-nbo's screw,
then thread the rope through the handles of all your gear, and finally hook the other end to the ring.

You can also use it to connect the handles of multiple items (cooler boxes, bags, rod cases, etc.)
by passing the rope through them and clipping the carabiners together. This way, if your gear is about to be swept away, you can stop it from drifting by grabbing the rope or bracing it with your foot.
Even if it does drift away, if you've threaded it through a cooler box, it should float on the sea.

Total length: approx. 2M. Rope: water-resistant, weather-resistant, 8mm diameter, load capacity 650kg.
