This is a stand for the legendary amateur radio handheld transceiver, the VX-3.
Fit has only been confirmed with a STANDARD brand VX-3. We cannot confirm if it fits the YAESU version VX-3.

I love the VX-3!
But there's no battery stand... it falls over easily...!

So I made this.

It's designed to be compact so it won't get in the way when placed on a desk.

The VX-3 is the main star! The design is not too flashy.

This is for use with the battery pack attached; it cannot be used with the dry cell battery pack.

The VX-3 slides in with its own weight when inserted, and can be removed from the stand with one hand without snagging.

- Designed for the Standard brand VX-3. Please note that we have not confirmed if it can be used with the YAESU VX-3.

- There may be layer lines characteristic of 3D printed products, but this does not affect performance.

- Layer lines may be more noticeable depending on the lighting.

- This is a stand for display storage, not for communication.

- Do not place in direct sunlight.

- Keep out of reach of pets and small children.

- Cannot be used when a protective cover is attached to the VX-3.

- Not for use in windy locations.

- May fall over if communicating with a hand microphone attached.

- If used with an antenna attached, it may get caught or fall over during an earthquake.
