This is the SC-52, a dedicated soft case for the KENWOOD TH-F7.
It appears to be a dedicated soft case for the TH-F7E model, which is for the European market. However, since the TH-F7 for the Japanese market and the TH-F7E for the European market have the same casing size, it can be used as is for the domestic TH-F7 model.
I ordered multiple new, unopened units from a ham radio shop in the UK about a year ago.
The specifications differ from the soft cases sold in Japan. The exterior is made of a material like synthetic leather, and the lining is covered with a suede-like nap. (Please understand that the terms synthetic leather and suede used here are based on a layperson's impression.) I believe its rarity value is extremely high.
This item for sale has been opened and the main unit has been inserted and removed a few times, but it has not been used outside the house.
