FMW Butt Cap Box & Base - Compatible with Rodcom (Daiko) - Rod Holder

This is a butt cap box & double anchor base compatible with Rodcom (Daiko) Kuh-rod, Gajo Kuh, and Full Field Kuh.
It can basically be used with a single anchor, but if the installation location is a weak rock type such as sandstone, double anchoring allows for stronger fixation. (When installing with only one hole, please use the smaller hole.)
The base is threaded, allowing for slight height adjustment. While the adjustment range is not large, even a slight up or down movement of the rod butt can raise or lower the rod tip to some extent.
*Caution: Even when raising the height, always ensure that the screw head protrudes from the joint and that it is screwed in at least 8 turns. Insufficient screwing can lead to detachment.

Manufacturer: FMW
Material: Super Duralumin
Bolt holes support M10, 3/8 to M12.

■About the Material
Made from super duralumin, a lightweight and high-strength material also used in aircraft.
Its specific gravity is 2.8g/cm3, less than half that of stainless steel (7.93g/cm3), making it lightweight. Furthermore, its tensile strength is approximately 570N/mm2, higher than stainless steel's approximately 520N/mm2.
Each piece is machined from raw material, which inevitably increases costs, but the absence of welding reduces the risk of breakage.
