Mitsubishi★Industrial Sewing Machine TA1 Antique/Junk Sewing Machine

This is an industrial sewing machine purchased by my grandmother, who is now nearly 90 years old, in her late 20s for her sewing business.
It was in working condition but has not been used and has not been maintained for nearly 50 years.
It was stored in an indoor closet until the end of last year, but has now been moved outdoors for organization. (It is currently stored outdoors under a roof, covered with a bicycle cover.)

It works, but it is very heavy.
Some kind of maintenance may be required (I don't know how to use it, but this might be how it's supposed to be...).
The belt has signs of being repaired in some parts (it did not seem to catch during operation).
When I wiped the desk surface with a cloth this time, it caught and a part peeled off.
