[Differences between commercially available iron plates and ours]
Iron plates have the characteristic of conducting heat evenly,
so they cook with less uneven browning.
With thickness,
you can crisp the surface of ingredients,
seal in the umami,
and cook them deliciously.
When used repeatedly, oil will season the surface and it will become less likely to burn,
but thin iron plates commonly found on the market
cannot withstand high temperatures and will warp after one to several uses.

Riri's black steel plates are thick,
so they can be used repeatedly over direct heat from shichirin grills or bonfires
without warping.
After a few uses, oil will season the iron plate,
and the cooking method will change to one that envelops the food,
allowing you to enjoy authentic iron plate cooking.

It comes with handles, making it easy to hold even with gloves and move around.

Using two recommended spatulas (sold separately)
makes it easy to move the hot iron plate.
