Q: Is it difficult to ignite?
A: Full combustion begins in about 5 seconds.

Q: What kind of fuel should I use?
A: Please use fuel-grade alcohol. For safety reasons, never use kerosene or gasoline.

We recommend ethanol or bioethanol with a concentration of 75% or higher.

If you desire even higher heat output, we recommend using fuel with a concentration of around 95%.

Q: Does it produce odor or smoke?
A: Under normal usage conditions, there is virtually no smoke or odor. If there is insufficient oxygen, smoke and odor may be produced, so ensure adequate ventilation indoors at least once every hour.

Q: How long does the flame last?
A: The fuel tank capacity is 900ml, and the flame will last for approximately 3.5 hours. However, the burn time may vary depending on the fuel concentration, ambient oxygen levels, temperature, and other environmental factors. We recommend filling the tank with at least 500ml of fuel for the first use.

Q: How do I extinguish the flame?
A: Use the dedicated extinguishing lid to put out the flame.

Q: Can the heat be adjusted?
A: Yes, it is equipped with a heat adjustment mechanism, allowing you to control the flame intensity.
