This is a two-piece Ginza-style obi, handmade from a new, unused Nishijin-ori (Maizuru Kensei) bolt of fabric. The body wrap can be tied in any way you like to show off your preferred pattern. It can also be used on its own. The Ginza-style taiko (drum) part is made to be plump. The material is pure silk. Please enjoy pairing it with various kimonos!

[Condition]
No noticeable flaws. There is a small thread pull on the upper part of the taiko (see image 7). This bright Nishijin-ori obi will add color to your obi accessories. Enjoy it with your casual kimonos, awase (lined), hitoe (unlined), or yukata!
*One koshihimo (waist cord) is passed through and tied around the body. The position to insert the koshihimo is above the taiko (where the obi-age is passed through).
