I don't think the inner boot is thermo-moldable.
They were comfortable to wear.
Purchased used.
The BOA cable and dial were
all replaced this year. They have only been used once since replacement. If a malfunction occurs, you can apply to BOA and they will send replacement parts for free.
In that case, you will need to replace them yourself.
I've been using ID models for nearly 20 years, but
this time I used a BOA model and
the overall fit and feel were
very good and comfortable.
There is damage on the top of the right foot due to use, but
it can still be tightened securely with the BOA.
I am selling these because I purchased different boots.
