This cone-shaped dripper was crafted by artisans in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture. When inverted, it takes the shape of Mt. Fuji covered in snow. Made from 18-8 stainless steel, it is lightweight, highly durable, and compatible with commercially available cone-shaped paper filters. Its wire structure ensures even blooming, and the increased airflow shortens extraction time, reducing bitterness. In addition to coffee brewing, it can also be used for making dashi broth or as a tea strainer. Retail price: 2750 yen. Brand new and unused.
