Vintage A.R. Co. Pocket Watch Made in USA Patent Applied For Silver Tone Case

This is a vintage A.R. Co. pocket watch, marked as Made in U.S.A. with Patent Applied For printed on the dial. This mechanical timepiece features a silver-tone case and a distinctive dial design with a secondary 100-increment sub-dial, suggesting it may have been used for specialized timing or industrial purposes rather than standard timekeeping. The watch shows its age, with visible wear to the case and aging/patina on the watch face consistent with a vintage item. The hands show some oxidation, and the metal casing displays surface wear and minor discoloration from storage over the years. Please review the high-resolution photos provided to verify the current physical condition of the watch, as they are part of the description. This piece is a unique example for watch collectors or enthusiasts of American horological history. It is being sold as-is due to its age. Please note that no testing regarding mechanical functionality or timekeeping accuracy has been performed.
