Vintage handmade heavy wool woven wrap/shawl in a beautiful striped pattern dominated by muted greens with warm coordinating accent colors. The substantial wool has wonderful texture and weight, with fringed ends and the distinctive character of a handwoven textile.  A versatile piece that can be worn as a shoulder wrap, shawl or substantial scarf. Beautiful for someone who appreciates artisan textiles, natural fibers and traditional woven pieces.  No maker or fiber-content label. The fabric feels unmistakably wool, and construction appears handmade.  Approximate measurements: 52 long × 10.5 wide, including fringe Weight: 4.2 oz  Condition: Very good vintage condition. There was one small moth hole that has been carefully repaired.
