This item was purchased about 15 years ago on Kokusai Dori in Okinawa.
It is labeled for ages 9-10, but it would look cute on a smaller child worn for a longer period. It seems suitable for children around size 120-130 cm.
I bought this dress for my daughter (who was in 3rd grade and tall for her age at the time) to wear to a wedding ceremony in Okinawa. It has been washed after wearing, but there is a faint stain on the chest area, possibly from food spills at the time.
I have not attempted to remove the stain, so I am unsure if it will come out now.
