This is a Diamond TMB (manufactured by Daiichi Kosho Kogyo) antenna mast base, convenient for setting up antennas for mobile operation in amateur radio.
It has been used about 10 times.
It is in normal working condition.
The condition is listed as slightly scratched and dirty, but these are scuff marks that inevitably occur during use and do not affect its functionality in any way.
The PVC pipe shown in the 5th and 6th photos was custom-made to stabilize the tip of the aluminum pole. (Please feel free to discard it if you do not need it.)
Please refer to the instruction manual in the last photo for specifications.
