This is a very cute Hawaiian dress with ruffled sleeves. There are features on the shoulders to prevent inner straps from slipping (see 10th photo). In the last photo, there is a faint name written on the tag (as my mother used it for a while). It's not a noticeable area and shouldn't affect wear.
