It was very useful for adding volume to costumes, but due to signs of wear, it is being sold at a low price as a reason for discount item.

* Waistband: The elastic has stretched out. You will need to replace the elastic yourself or secure it with a belt, etc.
* Material: The cotton part of the waistband shows discoloration (yellowing) due to age (please refer to the second photo).
